thin walls and disturbances
constant noise thin walls
the noise was a big problem for me. i could hear everything. someone was opening and closing drawers for what seemed like ages at 2 am. then at 5 am, another guest's alarm blared and didn't stop for about fifteen minutes. it wasn't good rest.

double room staff kindness food variation restful experience
I appreciate the double room arrangement i received. it accommodated my needs perfectly. the staff displayed excellent kindness. the available food had great variation. I found it quite satisfying. i am thankful for a restful experience.
the noise from other travelers moving about did impact my ability to sleep soundly. the thin walls of the nap room did little to buffer the sounds from the corridor.

The buffet offered tasty, unlimited food and soft drinks, very useful during my transit hours. I appreciated the variety. it included vegetarian options, though some improvements are needed, and it was a convenient option.

the hotel is directly in the terminal, located inside t2. this made it very easy to rest without needing to clear immigration. the sunflower garden access was convenient. it is so lovely, especially at sunrise, and makes the location very convenient.

fantastic transit spot
kind reception friendly staff comfortable accommodation
steven at reception gave excellent service he was genuinely kind and cute. the rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful always assisting me. the accommodation was clean well maintained and comfortable i could not ask for a better stay!
the partitions are very thin and noise from other occupants can be heard very clearly it may be problematic for light sleepers.

i found the food to be amazing they had a varied selection for breakfast too. options included both western and asian dishes satisfying diverse palates. the dining area was clean making meal times very enjoyable.

the room was very clean and the bedding was lovely after i got used to the walls not going right up to the ceiling i was ok. the common shower and toilet facilities were spacious and private. i had everything i needed.

friendly staff room upgrade tasty options warm room
The staff was quite friendly, and they helped maximize my short stay. I was really surprised (charmed, even!) to receive a room upgrade. The food available late at night had various tasty options. The room provided warmth throughout the night even with the air conditioning.

The premises included shared shower facilities, where essential toiletries were readily available. There are also garden furniture in the outdoor smoking area (a bit of a relic these days!), where I could relax undisturbed for a couple of hours.

The food selection was ample, and the dining experience was enhanced with tubs of ice cream in three flavors. Magazines and newspapers provided additional entertainment. I found a good variety of choices.

the front desk staff WAS friendly. the buffet offered many choices for both before i rested and after i checked out.
